The Katjes-family is not merely a phrase for us; we are completely committed to it. Here, in the following, you will find out what we do for our family.

And this can be felt everywhere – regardless of whether in our history, our philosophy, and in the direct dealings with each other, or with you, our clients.

This is why we ensure new apprenticeship trainings, with a trainee ratio of more than 5%!

For the little ones we have come up with something really special. Have you ever heard anything about a "baby-cheque"? We hand our new parents a "baby-cheque" of €1,500 per newborn - what we believe to be an important initial aid. Incidentally, this is always directly presented to the mothers, along with a bunch of flowers – as women simply are better at spending money!

Our Goldies

A balanced age pyramid is a matter of normality for us. Naturally, in no event do we wish to forego the valuable experience of our older family members. A quarter of our employees in Emmerich are 50 years of age, or older. In our Potsdam hard boiled candy factory, it is even two thirds!

Katjes has many faces

...and new ones are being added all the time. There is one person who knows them all: the founder of the Katjes-family, Klaus Fassin. To this day, he maintains regular contact with us.
